Swatch & Review | Zoeva Rose Gold Blush Palette

Today's post is going to be about the Zoeva Rose Gold Blush Palette, we all know that Zoeva is famous for their amazing quality brushes and eyeshadow palettes. On a recent order I decided to try out their base products and picked up their rose gold blush palette, so let me share with you my thoughts.

What does this product include:
This product contains three pans, a contour shade, highlighter and blush.

Price:
£13.00

Left to Right: Heavy Crown, Glowing Still and Palace Door
Where to buy:
Zoeva own website, Beautybay and Cult Beauty

Packaging:
The product comes in a slim sturdy cardboard packaging just like the rest of the collection.

Formula
Like said above there is three products in this palette, Heavy Crown (contour shade), Glowing still (highlighter) and Palace Door (blush).
All three of the products are very powdery but extremely pigmented.

Heavy Crown: This contour shade is a great contour shade for my skin tone (fair/light). It's a taupe but with warmth blended through. As you can see from the pictures it is extremely pigmented but hard to blend out.

Glowing Still: This is an extremely pigmented highlighter, again very powdery, to me on the skin it shows up more yellow than white, I have noticed it can be a little chunky on the skin so needs blending out.

Palace Door: Now this is suppose to be the blush, this cannot be used as a blush as the amount of shimmer in it makes you look like a clown. It is though an incredible highlighter, very pigmented but on the skin is subtle.
Top Left, contour just applied, top right: contour blended, bottom left: glowing still highlighter , middle: palace door highlighter, then bottom right makeup completed
Overall:
Overall great value for money as you get more product than expected. To me though this is more a highlighting palette than a blush palette as the blush is just not wearable as a blush. On another note I think the highlighters would be great on darker skin as I think they'll reflect better. Overall it's a nice product but not one that I would recommend, if your a makeup junkie then give it ago but if you take time and only want to buy key pieces for your makeup collection then I wouldn't recommend it, there's better out there.

I hope this post was helpful!
