Laura Geller Gilded Honey

Now I've wanted this product for a while now but could never bring myself to purchase it but seeing as I had a voucher I thought why not. So here is my review on the Laura Gellar Gilded Honey Highlighter

What does the product claim?

This is what Laura Gellar say about this product: 'Available in four face-flattering shades, Laura Geller’s Baked Gelato Swirl Illuminator has a beautiful buttery texture – applying and blending so seamlessly that the powder is almost a cream in consistency. The ultimate glow-giver, just apply with brush or fingertips to accentuate your favourite features; when blended along the top of your cheekbones, brow bones, bridge of the nose and cupid’s bow, this gorgeous highlighter makes skin look lit-from-withi' (Source Cult Beauty)

Price

£21.00 for 4.5g

Packaging

Personally I do think the packaging is very basic for £21.00, seeing has Laura Gellar is on the higher end of budgets. It doesn't feel very sturdy.

Where to purchase

Debenhams, Beauty Bay, Cult beauty, John lewis, Feel Unique- the list is pretty much endless.

Colour Range

There is four shades in the illuminator:

Gilded Honey: Copper Bronze
Peach Glow: Warm Apricot
Charming Pink: A pale spun-sugar shade
Ballerina: Dusky Rose gold

The pictures below show how pigmented the product is:

Overall Opinion

Overall I truly wish I bought this product sooner, it is definitely worth the hype! It is super pigmented and adds a beautiful colour on the skin! I was a bit scared when picking up gilded honey because of the shade is so intense but honestly it's a gorgeous shade, it gives a huge glow to the skin as you can see above. The formula is lovely a smooth on first look, I thought it was going to be a chunky glitter but it's no where near, it blends very well into the skin.

Have you tried this product before? What else would you recommend from Laura Gellar?
