Blogmas Day 19: Foundation Review: Nars Sheerglow

It feels like forever since I last did a foundation post, it got me thinking on what have I been using for foundation because surly I've been using something new? And the truth is I have but completely forgot to write about it, a couple of months a go I took the plunge and bought Nars Sheerglow foundation after reading all the hype around it and well i'm impressed!

What does it claim?

This is what Nars claim about this foundation:  'A glowing, natural radiant finish foundation with sheer and buildable coverage that immaculately evens skin tone. Replete with skincare benefits and the NARS Complexion Brightening Formula, it leaves skin hydrated, more luminous, softer and smoother. Used daily, Sheer Glow Foundation improves the skin's brightness and texture.'

Packaging

The foundation comes in a glass bottle, with black lid and writing but it doesn't come with a pump you have to purchase the pump which adds and extra £3.00 on top of the price.

Colour Range?

There are 20 different foundations varying in colour, I will just point out that this is a yellow tone foundation. The shade I wear is Mont Blanc which is the third lightest. 

How to apply

On Nars website they say the best way to apply this foundation is by using your fingers, personally I prefer to use a brush or my beauty blender.

Formula

The formula isn't extremely thick but it isn't runny that it runs of your hand. 

Wear time

On me this foundation wears pretty well, it doesn't go patchy like other foundations do throughout the day. 

My overall Opinion 

I'm in love with this foundation, it definitely going to be my go to foundation and one that I always want in my collection. It's my go to foundation when I need my skin to look flawless or if i'm having a meh skin day and nothing looks right then I know to apply this and it will look good!

I highly recommend this foundation to everyone!
