As the title suggests I stayed in the Waldorf Astoria Palm for my Dubai trip, to describe this hotel in one word it would be WOW, from the second you arrive, to the second you leave it is just WOW!
The staff are incredible, couldn't do enough for you, especially the Club Lounge, which i'll move onto later in the post. Another point about the staff, somehow they remember everyone's surname, you could be walking around and someone will be like good day Miss Jarvis...little touches!
As the title suggests this hotel is situated on the palm it's about a half an taxi ride to anywhere...but I would rather that for a quiet hotel. This hotel screams 5*, as I said above we booked into the club lounge which I would highly recommend as you get many benefits.
The rooms are very spacious and the views! Again wow.. very clean, modern, the housekeeping staff just do little touches which make you smile...for example creating art out of the towels.
Food, there's one main buffet restaurant, which is amazing but there is also three other restaurants, LAO, Social and Palm avenue. Again all amazing quality.
The pool/beach area.. three pools, baby pool, 'standard' pool, adult pool and of course the private beach. The beds around the pool/beach are padded which makes it extremely comfortable but every time you are going to beach or pool a member of staff will get you towels, water, parasols..basically anything you want.
This hotel is not loud, it is respectable, relaxing and utter luxury. They have one main bar area which opens in the evening with light entertainment such as a singer, which is perfect for me and my family as I wouldn't class us as party people.
I would go back to this hotel tomorrow and for me to say that, that means a lot as I never like staying in the same place!
Highly recommend Dubai and this beautiful hotel!

Amazing post! Waldorf Astoria of Palm Jumeriah, Dubai is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation. I will show this blog to my fiancé & ask him if we can go for our honeymoon in Dubai. I am keeping my fingers crossed hoping that he will agree to my request. We might have to get our Dubai Visa UK if all goes well.
