Natural Wonders You Should Have On Your Travel Bucket List

If your kind of fun is traveling the world and seeing new places, you will certainly need to create a  bucket list of natural wonder destinations. Whether you are looking to go on the big hike or simply explore the place using a local guide, you have to get to know the places you visit before you plan the trip. Below you will find a few recommendations of places you should check out next time you are planning an adventure vacation.

Mud Volcanoes, Azerbaijan

Only around an hour and a half from the capital, Baku, this landscape will remind you of landing on Mars. The barren land is covered by volcanic mud, and there are plenty of small volcanoes with dramatic lines. If you would like to explore the culture and traditions of the country of Azerbaijan, you might want to stay in a small village nearby and get a local to take you up the mountains. If you are brave enough, you might even cover yourself in mud to see if it helps you improve your health.

Pembrokeshire Coast, Wales

If you are a keen hiker, you must visit the stunning and dramatic coastline of Wales. The 300 kilometer path in South Wales is outdoor lovers’ favorite. You should pack your camping gear to connect with nature on a different level. If you would like more comfort on your trip than a tent can offer, you might want to get your hands on a 4WD Supacentre and stay for the week or longer.

Jiuzhaigou National Park, China

While most people visit China to see the great wall and the stunning cities, you can still find some untouched part of nature in the countryside. Due to the increased reliance of the country or coal and fossil fuels, you will have to be quick to capture the beauty of this amazing national park. There is another reason to put China on your travel bucket list. Take a hike to the Five Flower Lake or check out the Pearl Waterfalls. You can see wooden paths leading you through the park, and explore the flora and fauna of this region.

Lake Nakuru, Kenya

Located in the Great Rift Valley of Kenya, this lake is full of wildlife, diversity, and stunning landscapes. You can capture the flight of the pink flamingos, see the hippos, buffalo, and giraffe. If you are looking to explore Africa’s biodiversity and see some of the endangered animals in their natural environment instead of the zoo, this is the place to visit. Flights to Nairobi are affordable, and there are plenty of great accommodation options. Getting in touch with a local travel agent might be your best option if you would like to save money.

Traveling the world is not only about visiting the famous cities and staying at boutique hotels. If you would like to fully understand the place, you might want to check out their natural parks and stunning landscapes. Consider adding these locations to your holiday bucket list and see more than what’s in the travel magazine.
