Top 10 Tips For Travelling

By the time you are reading this I will be on my Holiday at Disneyland Paris!! And seeing as i'm away I thought I would share with you my top 10 tips for travelling, I would definitely say these are mainly tips for flyers but you can definitely use them for travelling in general.
So as a child I was lucky enough to always go on holiday abroad, so when I say i'm use to flying, it doesn't bother me, the only bit I get bothered by is getting paranoid about the time and missing my flight! But I am aware some people are nervous flyers or have never been flown before so I hope these tips help!

  1. Wear what makes you feel comfortable: There's nothing worse than not feeling like you, so if your best is being glam then do it, if you prefer being casual then go with what makes you, you.
  2. Hand Sanitiser: I'm a germ freak, I have to carry hand sanitiser at all costs
  3. Don't wear much metal: Bit of a weird one but there's nothing worse than having to strip at the security because everything your wearing has metal in it, don't worry you don't have to take you bra off!
  4. Take products you trust: Don't test any new products, that you could get a reaction too, you don't want all your holiday photos to have an allergic reaction in it.
  5. Be Prepared: Prepare yourself, if you don't travel well then make sure your prepared. I don't travel well I get travel sickness so I know to take items that make me feel better.
  6. Plan ahead: make sure you know where your going, especially at the airport
  7. Check weather before packing: common sense right?
  8. Use a checklist: I am an organise control freak and love lists! It helps so much having a list. I have three on my blog Festival checklist | City Checklist | Beach holiday checklist
  9. Use a travel card but also have some cash on hand: I would highly recommend the post office travel card, it just makes a everything a little bit more safe. The cards are prepaid so you just add the currency you want on their!
  10. Read up about where your going: I'm just an organise freak so I like knowing where we are going, anything that is a must and don't's, I think personally it just helps when your out there and stops time wasting.

I hope these tips help when your travelling! What tips would you recommend when travelling!

Thank you for reading
