Superdrug Simply Pure Foaming Cleanser VS Simply Pure Face Wash

In today's skincare post i'm comparing to very similar products, both from the exact same brand and claim to do the exact same thing, let's see which one comes out top!

What does it claim to do?	Simply pure foaming cleanser is designed to deeply cleanse and lift away impurities while being mild enough to use daily, even on sensitive skin. Enriched with moisturising Aloe Vera and calming Soothex., the luxurious creamy lather will leave your skin feeling cleansed, soft and refreshed.	Simply Pure gently face wash is designed to cleanse and refresh sensitive skin. Enriched with soothing Allantoin and calming Soothex, it will leave your skin feeling clean and soft.

Packaging	The packaging for this product is very simple hence the name. It comes in a white plastic pump bottle, with the signature blue cap and writing.	There’s nothing different with the normal face wash other than it is in a tube.
How to use?	I use this product in the shower, I use about 2-3 pumps massage into the skin then wash away with a flannel.	I use this face wash exactly the same as the foaming one.
Formula	The formula reminds me a bit like shaving foam, as that’s the way it comes out of the pump.	Gel consistency very thick.
Overall opinion	People bang on about foaming cleansers being bad for your skin and striping but personally I haven’t had a problem with this product, it didn’t leave my skin feeling dry if anything it left it feeling clean and hydrated. This is a great face wash.	This product was exactly the same as the foaming one, the only difference is that it doesn’t foam up. It still left my skin feeling clean and fresh.

As you can see from the table above they are exactly the same no difference nothing other than one is a foam and the other is gel, so which one do I prefer?

The normal gel consistency one and the only reason is because I didn't like the feeling of the foam cleanser on my face but that is personal preference.
