Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush

Another Product that been hyped up over the years and well it's mainly a brand and it's hourglass! Unfortunately I haven't got an easy counter that I can get to but when I was last in London I picked up one of their blushes as it's what I had my eyes on for ages!

Overall Houglass are known for their ambient lighting range, from powders, bronzers, blushes and even strobing. Time to stop rambling and move onto the blusher!

In the ambient blush range there is 7 shades, there's also a good variety from pinks, corals and nudes. They retail for £32 so definitely a splurge product but totally worth it.

The packaging is very luxe but gorgeous it is like an antique gold/metal shade, with a mirror inside and a decent amount of product, this just looks good in an makeup collection. The product itself looks marble affect but that is because it has two colour tonnes one that is more darker than the other but it is meant to blended together to give the complexion a gorgeous glow and luminosity.

The shade I have is mood exposure, in the pan it does look flat and a boring neutral with a rose base but it is completely different on the skin and is a go to blusher. It's like a soft plum blush with finely milled shimmer in which just brightens the complexion. On the skin it gives me a wonderful rose-plum hint which just brightens up my face and makes me look awake. This blush will definitely look different on everyone depending on their complexion but it can work for everyone as the undertone is neutral. Another reason why I love this blush is because it doesn't matter what makeup look you are going for it just goes!

I highly recommend these blushers but especially mood exposure, it is highly pigmented, shows up on the skin, blends well and looks good throughout the day.

Have you tried any Houglass products? What would you recommend?
