Barry M New Launches

Hello for today's post i'm going to be sharing my thoughts on the new launches by Barry m.
Barry m have been releasing a whole range of products lately from eyebrow kits, colour correcting and lip kits.

today i'm going to share my thoughts on two of Barry m's releases: lip kits and colour correcting wands.

Starting with the colour correcting wands there is 3 shades purple, green and yellow. Purple for brightening, green for redness and yellow for dark circles. They retail for £4.49 and can be purchased from Boots, Superdrug and Asos.  I decided to pick up the purple one for brightening as I have dull skin.

Here is a picture showing where each of the products go.

Here is what the product looks like on the skin:

Here is what the product looks like once blended in:

-They have the typical wand applicator
-The product is on the lilac pastel side but once blended looks grey.
-They do blend nicely but do set so you have to blend quickly.

I haven't noticed much difference when it comes to this product brightening. As it is like a pastel purple it does have grey undertones- to my dull 'grey' complexion it needed to be more vibrant on the skin for it to brighten my skin.

I do feel that the dark circle corrector might be better for my skin.
But I take my hat off to Barry M for bringing out an affordable option of colour correction.

Moving onto the lip kits now this is a brilliant idea Barry M! Well done! Bringing out an affordable option to the Kylie Jenner lip kits! They retail for £6 and come in three shades nude, pink and berry.

They are packaged in the same way as the Kylie ones- cardboard box in the shade of the lip kit. The kit includes the liquid lipstick and matching lip liner. The lip liner is a traditional lip liner- wooden one.

I have the shade Pose which is the pink shade - it does come out paler than the packaging gives off.
The lip liner is smooth, comfortable and glides on easily.
The liquid lipstick like said above does come out paler but it is not completely off, it is smooth and comfortable on the lips. Yes it does sit in lines and also shows dryness but please tell me one that doesn't?

It fades from the middle first but overall it is pretty impressive from an affordable brand!
Well done Barry M
