Hotel Review: The Grange St Paul's

Not so long ago I was in London, and last time I went away I did a hotel review and it went down really well so I thought I would do the same for where I stayed in London.

We booked through Last minute it came up with a secret hotel but by the brief they gave us about the hotel and where it was I easily found out which hotel it was and it was The Grange St Paul's. The Grange is a big hotel chain in London with 4/5 star hotels, I am not going to lie I am a bit of a hotel snob and will only stay in 4 or 5 stars sorry if that offends anyone!

The Grange hotel we stayed in was St Paul's which was located right across from St Pauls Cathedral with a tube station (central line) right around the corner, it was the perfect location.

When we arrived the receptionist was very friendly, they got us help with our bags and shown us to our room.

The room was gorgeous very spacious, the bathroom was again gorgeous, they had a fabulous shower! They were kept very clean i'm pretty positive the maid went in twice once in the morning and then in the evening, the reason I say this is because when we left for our evening meal and came back the towels were replaced again (showered morning and night) and the scatter pillows were moved from the bed.

We didn't eat evening meal in the hotel but we did have breakfast, personally the breakfast was standard there was nothing fancy, you were greeted with either tea or coffee then off you went to get your breakfast. Breakfast was a buffet style, me vegetarian I stuck to fruit, cereal and pastries. There wasn't much fresh fruit selection only melon, pineapple and apple, cereal had a great selection and pastries was just the usual and they weren't the best pastries.

On the day it came to checking out they were again friendly, they let us kept our bags at the hotel as we were on a later train home, when we went to get our bags they were great they helped us get a taxi as it was lashing it down with rain and we had way to many bags.

Overall we had a very pleasant stay at The Grange St Paul's it is a lovely hotel and I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking to stay in London.

Thank you for reading
