Blogmas Day 4: Superdrug Vitamin E Refreshing Toning Mist

I don't know about you guys but I love a good old toning mist especially after you've just cleansed and your skin is wanting moisture.

Last year I always had to have a toning mist in my routine then I ran out and changed to using cruelty free products and while changing/replacing everything I just never repurchased a toning mist until now and i'm backed hooked. So the review is the Superdrug Vitamin E Refreshing toning mist.

What does it claim?
According to Superdrug this vitamin e toning mist which includes aloe vera instantly revitalises and tones the face giving a boost of moisture. It is enriched in natural source vitamin e which is a powerful anti oxidant that will help shield your skin against environmental damage and premature skin ageing by combating the harmful effects of free radicals. The formula also contains a skin conditioning multivitamin complex, comprising vitamins A, B, F and H which is combined with horse chestnut extract that helps care dry skin.

Price & Packaging?
It comes in a plastic, frosted/textured spray bottle with a cream lid and writing. It costs £2.99 for 150ml.
Formula:
It's not a fine mist, and the mist comes out quite fast, it has a very strong scent to it just like the rest of the superdrug vitamin e range.

How to use:
I USED to use this morning and night after I cleansed to add some moisture back into my skin.

Overall Opinion:
Unfortuantley I am not happy with this product and you might of noticed above that I said used to use  not use and that is because after a couple of uses when I applied this my face went bright red like I was having an allergic reaction and it started to sting very slightly, it took a while to go down and if I needed to apply makeup I would have to use a very full coverage to cover the redness as it was very noticeable. I've seen so many good reviews about this product I just don't know where it went wrong for me I don't usually have sensitive skin and looking at the ingredients it does have a lot of alcohol in it which usually doesn't set my skin off or it could of been the amount of vitamins or even the horse chestnut extract as i've never had products with that in it before. So unfortuantley I won't be repurchasing this again.
