Superdrug Naturally Radiant Glycolic Overnight Peel

Been a bit for a while since i've done a skincare post, so I was looking through my skincare stash to see what I haven't talked about yet and then I came across this Superdrug Naturally Radiant Glycolic Overnight Peel. I like overnight radiant serums and I wanted a cheaper replacement as I had used up my Pixi overnight glow serum (review here) I truly wanted to love this product but I felt that it was a bit meh.

My previous serum was £26.00 and as a student I could justify it as it doesn't actually last that long so
when I saw this one in super drug for £5.99 and cruelty free so I was all over it. For the price you get 30ml but it has lasted me since April because you only need a pea size amount not even that.

What does Superdrug claim it does?
'Naturally Radiant Glycolic Overnight Peel is formulated with a unique energising complex infused with Kiwi Fruit and Mulberry Extracts to help revive skin's radiance and even out skin tone. With Glycolic Acid, a powerful Alpha Hydroxy (AHA) and a Fruit Acid blend, the refreshing gel formula also refines and retexturises the skin's surface, providing a brighter, more youthful complexion.' My Opinion
I love acid toners because I have combination skin, my skin can be very dry but still oily, I also get texturised skin. I didn't find the results 'wow-worthy' like the pixi serum but it does work nicely along side my Nip and fab toning pads. However my skin does feel baby bum soft in the morning, which is definitely what I want. Look this product is terrible it is actually quite good for the price, so if you are looking for an affordable or want to be introduced to these types of serums then give this one ago because it's £5.99 and not very harsh perfect if you have sensitive skin.

How do I use it?
I use this product every night after i've cleansed and exfoliated, I take a pea size about not even that and evenly apply to my face, I let it sink in then apply my moisturiser. But because this product contains AHA it increased your skin's sensitivity to the sun, so after use, if you are going to be exposed to the sun apply spf.

Packaging:
This product comes in a plastic key lime colour tube, pretty good for travelling.
