Peanut Butter, M&M, Pretzel Cookies

Firstly i'm currently on holiday so I thought I would try something new on my blog and do an baking post so I hope you enjoyed:


Ingredients:

  • 200g M&M's (I used a mixture of chocolate and crispy)
  • 200g salted pretzels crushed
  • 200g smooth peanut butter
  • 300g caster sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 325g self raising flour
  • 200g unsalted butter

Method:
  1. Preheat oven to 180c
  2. Cream the butter and sugar together 
  3. Then add peanut butter and mix until combined 
  4. Add egg gradually 
  5. Slowly add flour 
  6. Stir through m&m's and pretzels
  7. Make into a ball then refrigerate for 30 minutes
  8. After the 30 minutes, break the dough into small balls and place on baking tray, but leave room to spread
  9. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown
  10. After baked transfer to a wire rack to cool down
  11. Then ENJOY
