Have I found a new foundation from the drugstore which is AMAZING? Yes, yes I have.
And the foundation is (if you haven't guessed by the title) Gosh #foundation drops.
Gosh are a Danish brand and I haven't tried many products from Gosh, actually i've only ever tried 2 and that was a primer back when I was in year 8. I decided to pick this foundation up on a win because it reminded me a bit of the cover fx drops.
Starting with packaging it comes in a black bottle with a pipette which dispenses the product. It retails for £12.99 which is a pretty good price i've had mine since January and use it 5 out of 7 days a week.
The shade I have is 002 ivory and it's the perfect match, not only does it match my skin it also has the right undertones for my skin, pink yet with some olive/yellow tones.
It blends beautifully into the skin, the way I apply this foundation is by using a wet beauty blender and just bounce it into the skin, this foundation doesn't settle into any fine lines but around my nose if the beauty blender isn't doing it well i'll just get a tiny buffing brush and buff around the nose and that works just as well. I do find that a large buffing brush does drink up the foundation instead of going onto your skin, so definitely recommend some sort of beauty sponge.
This foundation gives the right amount of coverage without being cakey, this isn't a matte foundation but it isn't overly dewy, it just makes your skin look healthy.
As you can see from both photos, it evens out my complexion perfectly, it's the perfect colour match and has the right undertone for my complexion. It smoothes out my skin and makes it look flawless without being cakey.
