Batiste Stylist Shield My Locks Heat & Shine Spray

Okay so  the famous dry shampoo brand Batiste have decided to expand and move away from dry shampoo and  release 6 new products that are all about styling the hair, they are:

• The Frizz Tamer


• XXL Plumping Powder


• Hairspray


• Texturising Spray


• Heat and Shine Spray


• XXL Volume Spray

The one that I was curious to try out of this new range was the Heat and Shine spray this because it is a dry heat protector  it unusual and nothing else like it is on the market over here in Britain, in America Oscar Blandi have a similar product but it isn't available over here, so I was over the moon when I saw this product, it is also reasonably priced to at just £4.49, this whole range is only currently available from boots.

This product claims to keep locks looking hot without the heat damage, this spray protects up to 230°c. With this product you apply it onto dry hair so you can heat style in a hurry. I think the concept of this product is amazing and a genius idea, the packaging isn't to my cup of tea but it is certainly funky and I do have to say Batiste do probably have the funkiest packaging on the market.

Onto the product itself, it is has a blend of Keratin and Inca Inchi oils which leaves your hair silky smooth, so you don't have to use two products as this does both protect and gives shine to the hair. I do feel that you could spray too much of this product that it could make your hair look greasy because of the oil blends, but if you use the right amount then you won't go wrong. The product dispenses  out of the can smoothly and at the right amount.

If your looking for a new hair styling product I would definitely recommend going to check out this new range that Batiste have brought out because there are some gems.
